      Here in the Philippines they are many food that are super delicious and very unique because of the style of the outside appearance it can make you feel starving in just one look on that food because of the presentation they do to make it beautiful but also the taste of the food very delicious in then very satisfied to you. In this my blog i will introduce in you the food here in the Philippines the uniqueness of the food,the famous food in some provinces or city here in the Philippines. Because I want to share my thought’s if ever that you’ll be go in the province or city you will know the food you will eat because i telling you the most popular and very delicious food that will serve in you. In different province or city here in the Philippines. The first thing that i will said in this blog article the name of the place and then i will tell some description in that place so that you will know and of course the focus of my blog article is the famous food in the different places that i will introduce to my readers of my blog article. I hope so that my blog article will help you give some information in that place and easily think on what your are food to eat in that place if you are in vacation or other event.

The first place is Bukidnon a landlocked province in the Philippines located in the Northern Mindanao region. In Bukidnon one of the popular food is the Binaki (Sweet Tamales) is a kakanin from bukidnon it comes from the word “baki” which means frog. The delicacy is made from ground corn and mixed with the usual ingredients for baking milk, 

 sugar, baking powder, eggs, and salt. The corn husk are soaked beforehand and steamed for an hours, so it’s ready to use once the mixture cools. Rizal is a province in the philippines located in the calabaron.

Bicol is a historically known as ibalong prior to spanish colonization. One of the popular dish in bicol are the Bicol express it is a dish that have coconut,milk, shrimp paste or stock fish,onion, pork and garlic the  unique of the dish have chilies.

Iloilo is a province located in the region of wistern visayas in the philippines. The popular dish in iloilo is a lapaz batchoy a serving of egg noodles called miki, topped with generous amount of frieds garlic, crushed chicharon,scallions, slivers of pork meat, intestine, and liver ,and have a bone marrow.

 And also my home town the province of Capiz located wistern visayas also known as sea food capital of the philippines the popular dish that i will represent Bitoy’s Balay Barbekyuhan is a beach-front restaurant specializing in seafood and grilled specialties. Notable dishes here include binakol (a native chicken dish cooked in a coconut shell), seafood kaldereta, rellenong pusit (stuffed squid), and fresh steamed oysters.  In the baybay beach they sell of shellfish like oysters, mussels and scallops baked with garlic, butter and cheese.i hope my article blog can help in you and this my blog article can give a very good information.
